SPC Goes 1 - 2 at States

The SPC women's Volleyball Team posted a 1 - 2 record at the FCCAA State Championships, defeating Gulf Coast CC in the opening match 30-16, 30-23, 16-30, 30-28. In the winner's bracket finals match, SPC cam up short against the eventual Gulf District Champions, HCC, 24-30, 27-30, 19-30. SPC could not fully rebound before playing PHCC and dropping a close match 19-30, 30-28, 30-27, 17-30, 11-15.

Zuzana Cizova and Sarah West were named First Team All-Suncoast Conference. Zuzana Cizova was named to the All-Region Team and also on the All-Tournament Team at the state tournament.

SPC finishes the season with a 16 - 9 record.
